"The important thing is not to stop questioning; curiosity has its own reason for existing."

– Albert Einstein
Bryant Middle School has 4 teams that compete in VEX robotic tournaments around the state. We have competed for the past 5 years and have had a lot of fun and have learned even more than we thought.
Our classroom curriculum implements the PLTW curriculum. The students learn and use an AutoCADD program of Autodesk Inventor. The students create 2-dimensional objects and make them into 3-dimensional objects with the Autodesk program. They also learn how to build gear mechanisms with the VEX equipment and learn to code using the program RobotC. The coding is a C based program to introduce the students to programming. The more the students learn, the more complicated their coding becomes.
