The world’s largest and fastest-growing educational robotics competition is the perfect opportunity to apply classroom learning in a thrilling environment.

  • Teams of students design, build, and code robots each year to play a brand-new game

  • Thousands of competition events held annually in all 50 US states and over 40 countries

  • Applying basic STEM concepts to a competitive atmosphere increases student engagement and makes lessons feel more “real”

Students enter BMS with no formal training in VEX robotics.  They learn to build, program, wire, problem solve, implement teamwork, and show sportsmanship throughout the year.

The students leave BMS and can join the High School Robotics program with much learned knowledge of robotics.  There are several tournaments in Arkansas that we attend and compete.  Even though we are a middle school, we compete with middle and high schools at the tournaments.
